Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Standard delivery usually takes 7-8 business days, while express shipping can take 3-5 business days. International shipping may take longer, based on customs and handling.

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping fees will vary based on the destination country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

Payment Mode

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Bank Transfer and other secure online payment gateways.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for our orders, including international shipments.

Your Order Status

If your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to assist with any changes.

Refunds & Returns

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Custom-made or personalized products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. For more details, please review our return policy on the website.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
